JARON PADELLO

Although developing as a video engineer became a satisfying career path, and is continuing to do so, his passion for narrative storytelling never dissipated.

Jaron participated in various 48-hour film challenges. He also filmed short performance pieces while working for ASU at the Kerr Cultural Center in Scottsdale, AZ to help with the venue’s social media archive. Not until 2020, as a local Phoenix freelancer for the film & tv industry, did he find his real niche’ as a working filmmaker.

As a production assistant first to later transitioning into the camera department working the media management and as an assistant camera, were there fulfilling opportunities in documentaries, commercials, and reality tv. These environments not only provided personal experience to understand and execute the on-set workflow, but also a way to work toward developing his own personal brand that can extend into documentary filmmaking while still providing industry services in live production and film/tv.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Film, Jaron has become multifaceted in the craft of video. It first blossomed from his love and passion for filmmaking. While learning the art of the image in 2008, his work experience began in the audio visual industry. First given a chance through a company known as PSAV, he took advantage of the available equipment and opportunities to expand within the video sector of live production. From here, he learned the endless possibilities of using a video signal properly. Through consistent practice and study, becoming a video engineer was a natural progression.

Flying Fists Media represents Jaron’s passion and his evolving pursuit for excellence and dedication to servicing others with real work loyalty, attention to detail, and professionalism.
